Randy scheduled me in a couple days from calling and said it would take 3 hours to replace the windshield on my ram 1500. It took exactly 3 hours. Craig even drove me to and from my house in town. Sure enough, the cold caused it to crack all the way across the windshield. We called Complete Auto Glass Solutions, they got us in quite promptly. I had my daughter with me so once I dropped off my vehicle, they drove me home, they had a car seat for my daughter to use. They picked us back up when the time came. They cleaned the windows of the entire vehicle, the whole front end was nice and extremely clean when I picked it up! Honestly, amazing service. Stopped by due to problem with sunroof , and even though this isn t part of their regular service Randy came out and checked it out and was kind enough to spray track s for me with lubricating silicone spray. As well I needed a new back windshield wiper , which Randy and his son replaced for me . Due to some corrision of attachment this was a little more of job than just taking old one off and new one on . They only charged me for the washer blade .
